George Clooney exits a South Beach restaurant early Friday morning after eating and drinking for 4 and a half hours with a pair of gorgeous girls. Clooney was almost falling asleep in the back of his ride. Clooney was seen doing tequilla shots at 6pm and continued the party well into the night.
