Three young adults live together in London. One of them, Matt(hew), owns the flat which he has bought with his inheritance after his parents died. He has retired and does not leave the flat anymore due to a recently developed phobia. His two friends/tenants are Mandy (Amanda) and Martin. Mandy aspires a real career instead of the menial jobs she now does even though she has a university degree. Martin is an unassuming bank clerk with a great desire to loose his virginity. While the two boys mostly fantasize about sex Mandy really has some but is also not completely happy with the status quo.
